Our Mission
Our process includes an average of candidates applying to N&S Domestics Agency every week. Unfortunately, we can only work with about 15% of the applicants. Our screening process is so extensive that we select only the best candidates.
N&S Domestics requires from all our candidates an extensive application process, personal face to face behavioral screening interview,verbal confirmation of references, Criminal background checks and some cases CPR, First Aid, Tuberculosis Test. Most of our candidates speak some or fluent english and have a Minimum of two year professional care experience. Our goal is providing inexpensive, friendly, professional help. N & S Domestics will take over all the necessary admin entailed in you becoming an employer for the first time. If you do not have a working knowledge of the tax system the responsibilities and legal obligations involved can be both time-consuming and complex. N&S Domestics will take care of the payroll and taxes for you. With over 15 years experience within the hospitality industry. Our business model is based upon Christian values,using the Golden Rule,we believes clients should receive the utmost respect,diligence,and compassion. As owner, Sylvia implements ethics of hard work into the agency policy and procedures to assist clients during screening the processes. She was born and raised in El Paso, she is married and has 3 wonderful children,therefore understands busy schedules and having juggles it all. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship. |
